Hello and a warm welcome from Tortworth Parent Teacher Association
If you are wondering who we are then look no further than to yourself. As a parent or carer of a child who attends our school you are automatically a member. As a member you can choose to participate in any way you feel happy. The main committee is a small band of parents who have a passion for our lovely school, along with our staff and children.
We are primarily here to run events and activities which enable us to fundraise to provide extra resources or equipment to enrich our children. It’s not all about fundraising though; we fundamentally believe that we are here to give back to the school and children in all ways, by organizing fun events, and also by activities which are free for the children to enjoy like our Halloween ghost craft last October. We are very informal and easy going and enjoy the meetings to organize our events more than we should, because we have fun.
